I love what I do and I take this work very seriously. My approach to therapy goes beyond just talking. It's deeper. I will invite you to notice what is happening in each moment. You will begin to experience a connection with your body and your self. Not through words but through awareness. This is more than telling your story - this is the story that the body has been holding and waiting to be understood. A little bit about me: I am a real person. I practice what I teach. I believe in respect, transparency, integrity, non-judgment, kindness, and having fun. My education is in social work, but my training has also come from living real life, on life's terms, one day at a time. I enjoy being outside and I am passionate about pizza.
